The Court would expect that Plaintiff would file separate responses to the Defendants' separate motions to dismiss (Dkt. # #30 & #39 ). Plaintiff also asks for a 21-day extension of time to respond to the motions to dismiss. Plaintiff's response to Defendant Citibank N.A.'s motion to dismiss (Dkt. #39 ) is currently due on or before April 22, 2021. Accordingly, this deadline is extended up to and including May 13, 2021. Plaintiff claims he did not receive Defendant Shana Kloek's motion to dismiss (Dkt. #30 ) until April 5, 2021, which would make the response deadline April 29, 2021.
