MINUTE ORDER This matter is before the Court sua sponte upon the Court's review of the docket. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(a), unless the court orders otherwise, a filing with the court that contains the name of an individual known to be a minor may include only the minor's initials. Here, the Complaint identifies the Plaintiff as a minor but the parties' filings all include the full name--rather than initials--of Plaintiff. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to place the Complaint, Notice of Removal, and all other filings referencing the minor's full name under Restriction Level 1. On or before 8/17/2021, Defendant shall file an Amended Notice of Removal and Plaintiff shall file a redacted version of the Complaint that comply with Rule 5.2(a).
