ORDER On 8/10/2021, Defendants removed this case from the District Court, Adams County, Colorado to this federal court on the basis of purported diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332, 1441. On 8/11/2021, the Court issued #15 Order to Show Cause why this matter should not be remanded due to the Court's lack of subject matter jurisdiction. On 8/12/2021, Defendants filed #16 Letter in response to #15 Order to Show Cause, conceding that there is not complete diversity and thus that "this Court should remand this matter to the district court of Adams County, Colorado for further proceedings." Accordingly, the Court finds that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction over this matter and the Clerk of Court is directed to REMAND this action to the District Court, Adams County, Colorado and to CLOSE this case.
