It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Chesley's Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (ECF No. #3 ) is granted. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Chesley may proceed in this action without payment of an initial partial filing fee. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the other motions to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Nos. #11 , #12 , #16 , #25 , #26 , #27 , #28 , #29 , #30 ) are DENIED as moot. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Copy of Prisoner Complaint (ECF No. #18 ) is denied without prejudice. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Motions for Class Certification (ECF Nos. #21 , #22 ) are denied.
