Though Plaintiff has filed a voluntary dismissal of this case, he is on notice that the Court will not tolerate the filing of any future documents that contain false information. Plaintiff has filed multiple cases in this Court where he has falsely claimed to be a nonprisoner resident of Colorado Springs rather than a federal prisoner. (See ECF No. #7 ). Plaintiff's blatant misrepresentations to the Court are an abuse of the judicial system. Plaintiff is advised that should he continue to file documents with the Court containing false information, the Court may, in its discretion, place reasonable restrictions on any litigant who files non-meritorious actions for obviously malicious purposes and who generally abuses judicial process.
