In his #22 Response to Respondent's #21 Motion for Extension of Time or Continuance, Petitioner purports to "move[] this Court for the entry of a preliminary injunction directed to Respondent," specifically "[t]hat Respondent be enjoined from removing the minor child from this jurisdiction pending resolution on the merits in this matter;" and "[t]hat Respondent be required to immediately deposit into the custody of the Clerk of Court, her passport and the passport of [the minor child]."
