MINUTE ORDER This matter is before the Court on #7 Stipulation for Extension of Time to Answer/Respond to Complaint. Defendant is an entity which has signed the stipulation pro se. However, entities are not permitted to proceed pro se and must retain counsel. See, e.g., D.C.COLO.LAttyR 5(b); Harrison v. Wahatoyas, L.L.C., 253 F.3d 552, 556 (10th Cir. 2001) ("As a general matter, a corporation or other business entity can only appear in court through an attorney and not through a non-attorney corporate officer appearing pro se."). The Court thus construes the stipulation as a motion and GRANTS the request for a 21 day extension of Defendant's answer deadline, to 6/17/2022.
