Filing 26 MINUTE ORDER. The Joint Motion for Further Extension of Responses to Complaint by Plaintiff and Certain Defendants to Allow Depositions of Defendants [Doc. #21 ] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Pursuant to Rule 26(d) and the Moving Parties' stipulation, the Parties are permitted to participate in the limited discovery set forth in the Motion. Such depositions of Defendant Foley and Defendant Ahlberg shall be COMPLETED no later than September 6, 2022. No later than September 12, 2022, Plaintiff shall voluntarily DISMISS with prejudice all claims against the Arapahoe County Defendants and Defendant Ahlberg. Defendants Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, Brown, Foley, Montoya-Collins, and Ahlberg shall answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint no later than September 16, 2022. To the extent that the Arapahoe County Defendants and Defendant Ahlberg are dismissed, Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE in writing, on or before September 16, 2022, as to why any remaining claims against Ms. Bovo should not be dismissed.
