August 8, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Gordon P. Gallagher on 08/08/2022. In response to the Court's order to cure filing deficiencies (ECF No. #3 ), Plaintiff has submitted part of the court-approved Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (ECF No. #4 ). The court-approved form requires Plaintiff to file a signed authorization page, which authorizes Plaintiff's custodian to disburse partial payments from Plaintiff's inmate account until the filing fee has been paid. Plaintiff, however, failed to submit the signed authorization page with his 1915 motion. (See id.). Plaintiff shall have until August 29, 2022, to cure this remaining deficiency by submitting the signed authorization page. Failure to submit the signed authorization page within the time allowed will result in dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice. Alternatively, Plaintiff may pay the full $402.00 filing fee. (sapod, )
