ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE Returnable by Plaintiff:This matter was set for scheduling conference today at 11:00 a.m. Plaintiff did not appear and efforts to contact him were unavailing. The Court waited nearly ten minutes and then convened the conference without Plaintiff. The last communication this Court has had from Plaintiff was the filing of his consent paperwork on 8/15/2022 [#13] Consent form. Furthermore, Plaintiff failed to participate in drafting the proposed scheduling order despite Defendant's efforts to engage him by not responding to counsel. ORDER REFERRING CASE to Magistrate Judge S. Kato Crews. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1)(A) and (B) and Fed. R. Civ.
