Filing 6 MINUTE ORDER. On August 31, 2022, Plaintiff submitted a #5 Notice of Change of Address. Since it appears that Plaintiff is no longer incarcerated, his continuing obligation to pay the filing fee is to be determined, like any nonprisoner, solely on the basis of whether he qualifies for in forma pauperis status. As such, he is directed to submit, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Minute Order, an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form), which is the court approved in forma pauperis form used by nonprisoners. In the alternative, he may pay the $402.00 filing fee. Plaintiff is advised that this action may be dismissed without further notice if he fails to comply within the time allowed. Plaintiff may obtain a copy of the court-approved Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form), and applicable instructions, at www.cod.uscourts.gov.
