Date Filed Document Text
September 14, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER: This matter is before the Court upon consideration of Plaintiff's pro se Motion to Dismiss Complaint and Request for Injunction [ 7]. Because Plaintiff is acting pro se, the Court will liberally construe her filing. Erickson v. Pardus, 551 U.S. 89, 94 (2007). The Court interprets the Motion, therefore, to have been filed under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(i). Under this Rule, a dismissal pursuant to this provision is effective without an order from the court. Janssen v. Harris, 321 F.3d 998, 1001-01 (10th Cir. 2003). Thus, the matter stands dismissed and the Court directs the Clerk to close the case. SO ORDERED by Judge Raymond P. Moore on 9/14/2022. (Text Only Entry)(rmsec )
