MINUTE ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Crusoe Energy Systems, LLC's (1) Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction #9 ; (2) Motion for Expedited Discovery #11 ; and (3) Motion to Restrict Access #13 . In order to facilitate a speedy and just resolution of these pending Motions, IT IS ORDERED that a Telephonic Status Conference is SET for August 31, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Nina Y. Wang.
