ORDER STRIKING CASE AND IMPOSING MONETARY SANCTIONS. The pleadings Mr. Young submitted in these cases did not comply with the filing restrictions imposed against him in Case No. 14-cv-00073-LTB. Mr. Young initiated this action in the Central District of California on August 25, 2022, well after the dismissal order was entered in Case No. 18-cv-01951-LTB, on August 6, 2018, which ordered the action stricken and imposed a monetary sanction. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this action is stricken, and Plaintiff is assessed a monetary sanction of $400. It is FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(f)(2)(A) Plaintiff shall pay to the Clerk of the Court a monetary sanction of $400 to cover the cost and expenses of this action. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) any appeal from this Order is not taken in good faith, and, therefore, in forma pauperis status will be denied on appeal. See Coppedge v.
