MINUTE ORDER re the parties' #5 Stipulated Joint Motion to Stay Case. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 1, the court (1) construes the filing as a Motion to Stay and (2) concludes a stay is proper due to the unopposed nature of the request and because all parties agree their dispute will be resolved by arbitration as per the related Subcontract.
