Defendants Denver Public Schools, Superintendent Alex Marrero, and Deputy Superintendent Anthony Smith and Defendants' agents, servants, employees, and attorneys and all others who are in active concert or participation with Defendants are preliminarily ENJOINED from enforcing the terms of the letter written by DPS General Counsel Aaron Thompson dated October 18, 2022, and are further ENJOINED from taking any other retaliatory action against Mr. Pryor, his family, or the STEAM Academy for pursuing this lawsuit. This Preliminary Injunction shall take effect immediately and shall remain in effect pending trial in this action or further order of this Court.
