This matter comes before the Court on the Motion to Appear by Video Teleconference for Hearing on Motion for Preliminary Injunction [Docket No. #8 ], wherein plaintiff seeks permission for its counsel to appear via video teleconference at the preliminary injunction hearing on January 30, 2023. Preliminary injunction hearings are typically evidentiary hearings. However, plaintiff provides no indication how, as a practical matter, it would present witnesses or exhibits during the hearing remotely. Perhaps plaintiff does not intend to call witnesses or introduce exhibits. The Court has not received any indication that plaintiff intends to do so pursuant to the Practice Standards.
