February 14, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 10 MINUTE ORDER: Pending before the Court is Defendant Travelers Property Casualty Company of America's #9 "Second Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint and Jury Demand." The Court notes that Defendant has already received one sixty-day extension during the pendency of this matter in state court, and the #9 Motion contains no explanation as to why Defendant was unable to respond within that extended period. That said, the Court GRANTS the #9 Motion.
