March 14, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 16 MINUTE ORDER: On February 24, 2023, this Court set a preliminary injunction hearing for April 5, 2023. See [Doc. 15]. The Court ordered that Plaintiff's anticipated motion for preliminary injunction must be filed on or before March 10, 2023, and set further deadlines for the submission of a response and evidentiary materials. [Id.]. Plaintiff did not file a motion for a preliminary injunction by the Court's deadline, nor did Plaintiff move for or obtain an extension of the deadline or otherwise inform the Court of his continued intent to seek a preliminary injunction. The Court therefore interprets Plaintiff's failure to file a motion for preliminary injunction as Plaintiff's abandonment of such preliminary relief.
