ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES by Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix on April 13, 2023. ORDERED that Plaintiff cure the deficiencies designated above within thirty (30) days from the date of this order. Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this order must include the civil action number on this order. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall obtain (with the assistance of his case manager or the facility's legal assistant) the current (Revised November 2022), court-approved Prisoner Complaint form, along with the applicable instructions, at www.cod.uscourts.gov. Plaintiff shall use the form to cure the deficiencies. The form must be completed in full; the Court will not accept piecemeal filings. The pleading shall not exceed thirty pages in length. It is FURTHER ORDERED that, if Plaintiff fails to cure the designated deficiencies within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, this action will be dismissed without further notice.
