ORDER This matter is before the Court on #12 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer or Otherwise Respond (the "Motion"). The Motion requests that the City of Fort Collins and Sergeant Heaton be given 60 days from the date that Mr. Haferman waives service to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint. Mr. Haferman has not made an appearance in this matter. The Court GRANTS this request IN PART, and extends the deadline for the City of Fort Collins and Sergeant Heaton to respond by 60 days from today. Accordingly, City of Fort Collins and Sergeant Heaton answer or other response is due 7/31/2023. In the event that the parties seek to adjust their deadlines in the future once Mr. Haferman's response date is set, they may do so through appropriate motion. ORDER REFERRING CASE to Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1)(A) and (B) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a) and (b), this case is referred to the assigned United States Magistrate Judge to (1) convene a scheduling conference under Fed. R. Civ.
