August 23, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 14 ORDER GIVING NOTICE OF IMPROPER LANGUAGE CONTAINED IN PLAINTIFF'S NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL (Dkt. #13 ) by Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter on 23 August 2023. The Court hereby gives notice that the Notice of Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice (Dkt. #13), filed on August 23, 2023, contains an incorrect statement that should not be included in any further voluntary dismissals filed by Plaintiff GS Holistic, LLC. Specifically, the notice of dismissal contains the statement, "The Court reserves jurisdiction to enforce the Settlement Agreement." This is not correct. A notice of dismissal is not a court order, and the Court does not and will not retain jurisdiction to enforce a settlement agreement unless it is specifically provided for in a court order. Future notices of dismissal by GS Holistic, LLC should not include this misleading language. (cmadr, )
