MINUTE ORDER granting the #28 Unopposed Joint Motion to Stay Discovery. Having considered the arguments made in the Motion, and noting that no parties are opposed to a stay, the Court finds the factors set forth in String Cheese Incident, LLC v. Stylus Shows, Inc., No. 1:02-CV-01934-LTB-PA, 2006 WL 894955 (D. Colo. Mar. 30, 2006), weigh in favor of a stay. All discovery is therefore stayed pending resolution of Defendants Great West, Ace American Insurance Company, and Sedgewick Claims Management Services' Motions to Dismiss (ECF #16 , #19 .) The deadline to file a Proposed Scheduling Order is vacated at this time. Within ten days of a decision on the Motions to Dismiss, the remaining parties shall file a Joint Status Report informing the Court as to the need for a schedule in this matter.
