Pursuant to the Order, "each party shall ensure that the disclosure statement required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2) has been filed on or before September 20, 2023" (emphasis in original). To date, the Court has not received the proper filings from the parties. While #11 Corporate Disclosure Statement satisfies Defendant's duty under Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2) (effective Dec. 1, 2022) to "name -- and identify the citizenship of -- every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party." The Statement asserts that "[Defendant] is a citizen of the State of Michigan" but fails to identify the state of incorporation and the principal place of business See 28 U.S.C. 1332(c)(1).
