MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 09/29/2023. On September 28, 2023, Plaintiff filed a Letter (ECF No. #10 ) stating that he is having difficulty obtaining a copy of his inmate account statement. The Court construes the Letter liberally as a request for an extension of time to comply with the August 23 Order, which is GRANTED as follows: Plaintiff shall submit a certified copy of his inmate account statement within 30 days from the date of this minute order. Plaintiff does not need to resubmit the Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915. If Plaintiff is unable to submit a certified copy of his inmate account statement by the deadline, he must provide a sworn declaration to the Court, by the filing deadline, stating the names of the prison official(s) from whom he requested and was denied a copy of his account statement, the dates of the request(s) and denial, the stated reasons therefor, and whether he has filed a grievance regarding the denial. Failure to comply with the August 23 Order and this minute order will result in dismissal of this action without further notice. The dismissal will be without prejudice. (pklin, )
