If Plaintiff desires to pursue any claims in this action, he must obtain and utilize the current Court-approved Prisoner Complaint and Prisoners Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 forms. He should identify this case number on these filings. If Plaintiff fails to cure all filing deficiencies in this action within 30 days from the date of this minute order, this action will be dismissed without furthernotice. If Plaintiff wishes to challenge the execution of his sentence, he must initiate a new habeas corpus action and utilize the current Court-approved Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 and Prisoners Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 in a Habeas Corpus Action forms.
