MINUTE ORDER This matter is before the Court upon review of the Docket. Pursuant to #9 Order, the parties' Election Concerning Consent/Non-Consent to United States Magistrate Judge Jurisdiction form was due on or before 11/14/2023. In addition, becasue this matter is proceeding on the basis of diversity jurisdiction, each party was to ensure that the citizenship disclosure statement required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2) had been filed on or before 11/14/2023. See also Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2) (requiring that disclosure statements be filed upon each party's first appearance). No consent form has been filed, and no party has filed their required disclosure statement. The Court sua sponte extends the deadlines for the parties to file their Consent/Non-Consent forms and any disclosure statement required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a) until 11/20/2023.
