ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant Carr's Motion to Vacate Scheduling Conference. ECF #21 . While the other Defendants consent to the Motion, Plaintiff does not. Id.. In light of Defendants' forthcoming motion to consolidate this action and 2022-cv-02638-GPG-SKC, the Court finds the requested relief is in the interest of judicial economy and conservation of the parties' resources and thus, for good cause shown, the Court grants the Motion now without awaiting a response. Additional briefing would not materially assist the Court in adjudicating the Motion. See D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(d). The Court vacates the Scheduling Conference set for December 20, 2023 and related deadlines set at ECF #5 . If the Court denies the motion to consolidate, the parties shall jointly email Judge Hegarty's Chambers ([email protected]) within five business days of the ruling to reset the Scheduling Conference. Entered by Magistrate Judge Michael E. Hegarty on 12/14/23. Text Only Entry (mehlc5)
