On November 17, 2023, this Court ordered the Parties to file the disclosure statements required by Rule 7.1(a)(2), which had not been timely filed in this action. [Doc. 18]. The disclosure statements required by Rule 7.1(a)(2) "must name and identify the citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party." However, the #21 Plaintiff's Corporate Disclosure Statement does not purport to identify Plaintiff's citizenship. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, on or before November 29, 2023, Plaintiff SHALL FILE a proper disclosure statement. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1)(A) and (B) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a) and (b), this case is referred to the assigned United States Magistrate Judge to (1) convene a scheduling conference under Fed. R.
