MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 11/16/2023. In response to the Court's order to cure, Plaintiff has submitted a Prisoner Complaint and Prisoners Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915. (ECF Nos. #5 , #6 ). However, Plaintiff has still not cured the filing deficiencies as ordered by the Court. Specifically, Plaintiff has not submitted a certified inmate account statement, which is a required part of the prisoner motion to proceedunder 1915. Plaintiff shall have until December 18, 2023, to submit a certified inmate account statement for the six months immediately preceding the filing of this action. Alternatively, Plaintiff may pay the $402.00 filing fee in full. Failure to cure this remaining deficiency in the time allowed will result in dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice. (agarc, )
