November 7, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 11 MINUTE ORDER: Based on Defendants' representation that the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332 (ECF #1 at 2), Defendants filed disclosures regarding their citizenship pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1. (See ECF #8 , #9 , #10 .) However, the filings of Defendants #10 Weidner Property Management, LLC, and #8 CO Grand View Apartments, LLC, do not clarify their citizenships. The Court notes that unincorporated entities, such as limited liability companies, take the citizenship of all its members. See Grynberg v. Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P., 805 F.3d 901, 905 (10th Cir. 2015) ("[T]he Supreme Court has held an unincorporated entity's citizenship is typically determined by its members' citizenship."). However, the filings in question do not specify the citizenship of the LLC's members. Accordingly, Defendants shall refile their disclosure forms, identifying the citizenship of the LLCs' members, on or before November 21, 2023.
