Plaintiff is reminded that in each case where he has been granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis, 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) requires that he pay the filing fee, which may be paid through an initial partial filing fee and monthly installments of the balance until the full filing fee is paid.
