Applicant shall notify the Court promptly if he is unableto obtain the necessary forms. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Applicant shall show cause, in writing, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, why this action should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction pursuant to the doctrine of Younger abstention. It is FURTHER ORDERED that if Applicant fails to cure the filing deficiencies and show cause within the time allowed, this action will be dismissed without prejudice and without further notice.
