ORDER DIRECTING APPLICANT TO CURE DEFICIENCIES AND TO SHOW CAUSE by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 12/06/2023. It is ORDERED that Applicant cure the filing deficiencies designated above within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order. Any papers that Applicant files in response to this Order must include the civil action number on this Order. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Applicant shall obtain (with the assistance of his case manager or the facility's legal assistant) the court-approved forms for filing (1) an Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241, and (2) a Prisoner's Motion andAffidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 in a Habeas Corpus Action, whichare available at www.cod.uscourt.gov. Applicant shall notify the Court promptly if he is unableto obtain the necessary forms. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Applicant shall show cause, in writing, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, why this action should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction pursuant to the doctrine of Younger abstention. It is FURTHER ORDERED that if Applicant fails to cure the filing deficiencies and show cause within the time allowed, this action will be dismissed without prejudice and without further notice.
