December 19, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 5 MINUTE ORDER, by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 12/19/2023. In response to the Court's Order Directing Applicant to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #3 ), Mr. Sanchez has submitted a Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed on Appeal Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 and Fed. R. App. P.24 in a Habeas Corpus Action (ECF No. #4 ). This filing does not cure all deficiencies as ordered. If Mr. Sanchez wishes to pursue habeas corpus claims under 28 U.S.C. 2241, he must pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit on the Court's Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C 1915 in a Habeas Corpus Action form along with a certified copy of his current inmate account statement. He also must submit his claims on the Court's Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 form. Mr. Sanchez has until January 18, 2024, to cure the remaining deficiencies. Mr. Sanchez is reminded that this action will be dismissed without further notice if he fails to cure all deficiencies within the time allowed.
