February 15, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 12 ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 2/15/2024. Due to an oversight on the court's part, the minute order (ECF No. 7, filed 1/17/2024) directing that a district judge be assigned (due to Plaintiff's motion for temporary restraining order, "TRO"), has not yet been effectuated. Plaintiff now moves (ECF No. 11) to withdraw the motion for TRO, which he expects is unopposed but does not certify conferral. The court therefore rescinds the minute order (ECF No. 7), grants the motion (ECF No. 11) to withdraw, and terminates the motion (ECF No. 6) for TRO.
