Filing 7 MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak on 2/12/2024. In response to the Court's January 5, 2024 Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #5 ), Plaintiff has submitted a handwritten document that is unintelligible (ECF No. #6 ). In the January 5 Order, Plaintiff was instructed to file a Prisoner Complaint and Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915. Plaintiff has not cured the deficiencies as ordered by the Court. To proceed with this action, Plaintiff must first cure the designated deficiencies. Plaintiff shall have up to and including March 13, 2024, to comply by curing the deficiencies identified in the January 5 Order. The Clerk's Office is directed to mail to Plaintiff, together with a copy of this minute order, a blank copy of the following forms and applicable instructions: (1) Prisoner Complaint; and (2) Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915. Plaintiff is reminded that this action will be dismissed without further notice if the filing deficiencies are not cured within the time allowed. (ccuen, ) |
