Filing 10 SECOND ORDER DIRECTING APPLICANT TO CURE DEFICIENCIES. Applicant is advised that the Court does not respond to letters and any letters filed in this action will be stricken. In light of the above-listed deficiencies, it is ORDERED that Applicant cure the deficiencies designated above within thirty (30) days from the date of this order. Any papers that Applicant files in response to this order must be labeled with the civil action number identified on this order. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Applicant shall obtain and utilize the appropriate Court-approved form Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 (with the assistance of his case manager or the facilitys legal assistant), which is available, along with the applicable instructions, at www.cod.uscourts.gov. It isFURTHER ORDERED that if Applicant fails to cure the designated deficiencies within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, the action will be dismissed without further notice. The dismissal shall be without prejudice. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the "Motion Requesting to join all Law suits Into one" (ECF No. #5 ), and motion "to file Attachment LIENS" (ECF No. #6 ) are denied as unintelligible.
