Filing 10 MINUTE ORDER. Plaintiff's motion [ECF No. #9 ] requesting an extension of time to file an amended Prisoner Complaint is granted as follows. Plaintiff must file an amended Prisoner Complaint by April 15, 2024. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended Prisoner Complaint that complies with the Court's order to amend within the time allowed, the action will be dismissed without further notice. Although this extension is being granted, Plaintiff is cautioned that further requests for an extension of time must be supported by an affidavit signed under penalty of perjury, see 18 U.S.C. 1621, or supported by other competent evidence, explaining the details that establish good cause, by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 3/4/2024.(ccuen, ) |
