MINUTE ORDER. Plaintiff's motion [ECF No. #9 ] requesting an extension of time to file an amended Prisoner Complaint is granted as follows. Plaintiff must file an amended Prisoner Complaint by April 15, 2024. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended Prisoner Complaint that complies with the Court's order to amend within the time allowed, the action will be dismissed without further notice. The Clerk's Office has already updated the docket with Plaintiff's new address of record. The Clerk's Office is therefore directed to mail a copy of the following to Plaintiff at his new address of record: Order to File Amended Prisoner Complaint (ECF No. #5 ). As for Plaintiff's Motion Respectfully Requesting Appointment of Volunteer Counsel [ECF No. #6 ], it is denied without prejudice. The motion does not utilize the required court approved form. The request is also premature because this case is under initial review. Plaintiff may renew his request for counsel by filing a court-approved form Prisoner Motion for Appointment of Counsel if the case is later drawn to a presiding judge under Local Rule 8.1(c).
