Generally, a motion in limine is utilized to determine the admissibility of evidence at trial. This action, removed from state court with a pending motion to remand #15 , is at its very inception. The Court has not yet even entered a scheduling orderwhich will control the course of discovery. During discovery, the overarching guidance as to scope is set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(b)(1).
