March 5, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 6 MINUTE ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the items of mail that were sent to Plaintiff and returned undelivered. (See ECF Nos. #4 & #5 .) It has come to the Court's attention that Plaintiff's address in the Court's docketing records is incomplete and missing the unit number. The address Plaintiff provides for himself in the Employment Discrimination Complaint is 3535 S. Clarkson St., Unit 206, Englewood, CO 80113. (See ECF No. #1 .) The Clerk of Court is directed to correct Plaintiff's address in the Court's docketing records and to remail to Plaintiff, together with a copy of this Minute Order, a copy of the Court's Order Directing Plaintiff to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #3 ) entered in this action on February 1, 2024. Plaintiff shall have up to and including April 5, 2024, to cure the deficiencies. Plaintiff is reminded that the action will be dismissed without further notice if he fails to cure the deficiencies as previously directed within the time allowed.
