ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES Plaintiff Shall cure the deficiencies designated above within thirty (30) days from the date of this order. Any papers that Plaintiff files in response to this order must include the civil action number on this order. Plaintiff shall obtain and use the court-approved Employment Discrimination Complaint form, and either pay the $405 filing fee in full or file an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form).
