Filing 6 MINUTE ORDER: Based on the assertion of diversity jurisdiction in the Complaint #1 , Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1(a)(2) requires every party or intervenor in a diversity case to file a disclosure statement identifying the citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to the party or intervenor. As the citizenship of an LLC is determined by the citizenship of each of its members, each member and its citizenship must be disclosed. If any member is itself a partnership, limited liability company, or other unincorporated association, its partners or members and their citizenship must be set forth separately.
