MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 4/16/2024. Plaintiff filed a letter on April 12, 2024. (ECF No. #19 ). The Court does not respond to letters and any request made to the Court must be in the form of a motion. Future letters submitted to the Court will be stricken. It is unclear from Plaintiff's letter whether she is seeking some form of extension of time in this case. Out of an abundance of caution, and on this occasion only, the April 12 letter (ECF No. #19 ) is construed as a motion for extension of time to file an amended complaint and is granted. The Court has not issued an order to amend in this case and no cured or amended pleading is required at this time; however, if Plaintiff wishes to file an amended Prisoner Complaint, she may do so within thirty days of the date of this order. If Plaintiff does not file an amended Prisoner Complaint within the time allowed, the Court will proceed to review her Prisoner Complaint filed February 26, 2024 (ECF No. #1 ). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail one copy of the Prisoner Complaint form to Plaintiff for her use. (Form mailed as ordered)(dgumb, )
