MINUTE ORDER. Defendant removed this case to federal court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332(a). See Dkt. #1 . Counsel for Plaintiff entered an appearance on February 29, 2024. See Dkt. #10 . The statement must name and identify the citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party." Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2). This disclosure statement is to be filed at the time of the party's "first appearance, pleading, petition, motion, response, or other request addressed to the court," Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(b)(1). Neither Party has filed the disclosure statement required by Rule 7.1. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that on or before March 8, 2024, all Parties shall file their respective disclosure statements required by Rule 7.1. PLEASE READ ATTACHED ORDER.
