Nonetheless, the Court liberally construes Plaintiff's letter (ECF No. 4) as requesting an extension of time to cure the outstanding deficiencies. The request for an extension is granted. Plaintiff has until May 13,2024 to cure the deficiencies. Plaintiff is reminded that this action will be dismissed without further notice if the deficiencies are not cured within the time allowed.
