Filing 4 ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO PROCEED PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. 1915 Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (ECF No. #2 ) is granted.
