MINUTE ORDER: After careful consideration, the Court denies Plaintiff's #6 Motion for the Court to Direct the US Marshal Service to serve Summons of Civil Action against Agents of the United States Government. Although some circumstances warrant limited Court intervention concerning service, those circumstances are not present here. Moreover, though the Motion says Plaintiff is "currently filing under forma pauperis," the docket does not contain any information suggesting Plaintiff proceeds in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915 and is thus, the Court is not required to order service by the United States Marshal. (See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3); Doc. No. #5 (showing Plaintiff paid the filing fee).) Both the Court and the United States Marshal Service are of limited resources, and it is ultimately Plaintiff's responsibility to effectuate service. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(i) (discussing the process for serving the United States and its agencies, corporations, officers, or employees); Norsyn, Inc. v. Bank of India, 2007 WL 840497, at * 4 (D. Colo.
