ORDER For the reasons set forth herein it is ORDERED that: the Motion to Quash Subpoena [Doc. #14 ] is GRANTED; Motion for Contempt of Court [Doc. #17 ] is DENIED. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. #20 ] is DENIED; and Plaintiff's [Courtesy] Motion to Transfer Case to the District Court of California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404(a) [Doc. #29 ] is DENIED. Filing Restriction. Finally, this Court recognizes that Ms. Nwosu is interested in moving forward with her claims against Defendants. However, the Archdiocese Defendants have filed a Motion to Dismiss that would be fully dispositive of this case as to them. [Doc. 34]. The Court, as an initial matter, must satisfy itself that there is at least one cognizable claim that it has subject matter jurisdiction over in this action. Plaintiffs multitude of filings does not facilitate the just, speedy, and economical resolution of Defendants Motion to Dismiss. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that:Ms. Nwosu is restricted from filing any additional motion or document without leave of court until the Court has ruled on the Motion to Dismiss or has held a scheduling conference. Any document filed without leave will be stricken automatically and without further explanation. However, Ms. Nwosu is permitted to fileand only to filea timely response to the Archdiocese Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. [Doc. #34 ]. By Judge Nina Y. Wang on 10/18/2024.(norlin, )

| Filing 30 MOTION for Entry of Default as to defendants 1 - 6. Plaintiff, Adaeze Nwosu requests that the clerk of court (officially) enter default against defendants 1 through 6, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(a), which should have been automatically entered, if not already. In the case of these defendants 1-6, when the plaintiff filed a return proof of service, was 20th September 2024, an answer was due by October 11, 2024. The defendants have held the subpoena in contempt with no just cause and will likely do the same for a response. The plaintiff hereby requests that the clerk enter a default order against defendants 1- 6 above, pending her completion of case transfer to a different district to be tried fairly and, which was filed 11 October 2024, irrespective of whether the judge dismisses this case unlawfully, unconstitutionally and prejudicially.
