Filing 8 MINUTE ORDER, by Magistrate Judge Timothy P. O'Hara on 111/13/2024. The above captioned case has been directly assigned to Magistrate Judge OHara pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 40.1. The Parties shall complete and file the Magistrate Judge Consent Form [ECF #3 ] on or before February 12, 2025. The Court will hold the Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b) Scheduling Conference on February 19, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom C-402, on the fourth floor of the Byron G. Rogers United States Courthouse located at 1929 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado. It will be an in-person proceeding, but as the pro se Plaintiff resides out-of-state, the Court will permit Plaintiff to appear telephonically. To connect to the courtroom, Plaintiff shall refer to the courtrooms dial-in information:Toll-Free Number: (571) 353-2301Access Code: 061746309. No later than five business days prior to the Scheduling Conference, the Parties shall (1) file the proposed Scheduling Order with the Clerks Office, and in accordance with District of Colorado Electronic Case Filing (ECF) Procedures and (2) submit the proposed Scheduling Order in Word format by joint email, copying all Parties, to Chambers at #ohara_chambers@cod.uscourts.gov.
