ORDER by Chief Judge Philip A. Brimmer on 12/4/2024 re: #33 Joint Stipulation for Extension of Time. The parties stipulate to a twenty-day extension for petitioner to file a reply to the petition to vacate the arbitration award pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 6.1(a). The Local Rules provide that "[t]he parties may stipulate in writing to one extension of not more than more than 21 days beyond the time limits prescribed by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to respond to a pleading.... Any other request for an extension of time or continuance must be approved by court order on motion." D.C.COLO.LCivR 6.1(a). However, the parties have already stipulated to an extension pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 6.1(a). Docket No. #18 . Therefore, the Court construes the stipulation as a motion for a twenty-one-day extension of time to file a reply to the petition to vacate the arbitration award. The Joint Stipulation for Extension of Time, Docket No. #33 , construed as a motion for an extension of time, is GRANTED.
